Special orders and personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received a free gift with your purchase, it must be returned with your order, otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full retail price.

Pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged during transport.

Send the package at your own expense to our address listed in the return instructions.

After the goods have been delivered and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

In the event of a return, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

In the event of an exchange, we will send you a new product immediately after processing the returned goods.
