Return and exchange of goods

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our e-shop, you can return or exchange the goods within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return and exchange conditions

• The goods must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.

• It must be in its original packaging, including all bags, boxes, and gift wrapping.

• Special orders and personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If you received a free gift with your purchase, it must be returned with your order, otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full retail price.

Return or exchange procedure

1. Fill out the return or exchange form (download below).

2. Pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged during transport.

3. Send the package at your own expense to our address listed in the return instructions.

4. After the goods have been delivered and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

   • In the event of a return, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

   • In the event of an exchange, we will send you a new product immediately after processing the returned goods.

Important information

• We are not responsible for shipments lost during transportation - we recommend insuring the shipment and sending it registered.

• Goods that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
